Rising to 14,428 feet, Mount Massive lives up to its name with five summits over 14,000 ft, making it the mountain with the largest area above 14k in the contiguous U.S. This gentle giant is part of the Sawatch Range, just north of Mount Elbert — and only 12 feet shorter! In this painting, I leaned into moody, expressive earth tones to reflect how the mountain felt rather than how it looked on the cloudy day I visited. My palette included permanent rose, olive green, and moonglow, creating subtle depth and atmosphere.

Materials:

- The card is 5"x7" folded up, printed on FSC Certified 100lb thick card stock, blank inside.
