Capitol Peak stands at 14,130 feet and is one of Colorado’s most striking and challenging 14ers. Known for its dramatic ridgelines and the infamous "Knife Edge," it’s a true alpine icon.
This painting is inspired by John Fielder's photo.

I had the wonderful opportunity to meet Ivy at one of the local school craft fairs, and I immediately fell in love with her work.
